Returns & Exchanges

Your Incy Wincy Fingers Fine Motor & Sensory Kit will be beautifully packaged with great care and love. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email [email protected] within 7 days from arrival of package. Goods must be unused and still in original packaging. We will provide a replacement item free of charge within the above time frame. 

Please note shipping the item back will be at customers own expense and we recommend you use a prepaid postage method to ensure delivery is received. Incy Wincy fingers takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: This Kit contains small items. PARENTAL SUPERVISION is required at all times.  Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.  Each pack may vary in colour and size of some objects as natural materials have been used.
